FALL OF SAIGON
The Fall of Saigon, also known as The Liberation of Saigon, marked the end of a 19-year-long war that bitterly divided the entire country. Few know that the Catinat building, especially the small window frame in our Storyteller House, was a witness to the historical event. For those who are curious, peering into the kitchen window is like gazing back in time, a journey into a world that is far gone but has become an indelible part of our heritage.

THE OLDER CUSTOMER AND SAIGON IN HER MEMORIES,
THE OLDER CUSTOMER AND SAIGON IN HER MEMORIES,
It is a walk around Notre Dame Cathedral with a love story of youth. It is a passion for a teacher so that when she retires, she still retains a standard style. Saigon in her is to watch the changes and leave nostalgia behind.
Saigon - a strange city,
Saigon - a strange city,
The relationship between we and Sai Gon is a mutual admiration society. Sai Gon "give" such a negative mess to this body. The more we "receive", the more we fall in love with it. Saigon is so strange. It gives people frustration, and then brings them fate to share. It pushes people to the extreme, and then helps them to realise the value of life. There are times of misery to see how beautiful this life is.
An Nam noodle and a healthy lunch,
An Nam noodle and a healthy lunch,
Inspired by the brown rice noodles mixed with special 3-year fermented soybean sauce, we would like to present a noodle dish called An Nam for those who want to visit Nha for lunch. Highlighting the recovery of the essential value of ingredients in food, An Nam - given by Nha, can be understood as a peace in Southern cuisine.
The first steps, The first guests
The first steps, The first guests
Five years ago, our House was only an empty space with stories to offer. These are the first guests to walk on through, they came as curious visitors but left as lifelong friends. They embraced our stories wholeheartedly, they offered unconditional love and support that extended beyond the walls of our House, beyond what we could ever ask for. Five years are not long, but we are fortunate to welcome many kind hearts to our little corner. We proudly consider them as our extended family, a family that is not bound by blood. Their presence made our tales complete, made our stories come alive, and made the Storyteller House as it is today. Our love for Saigon, our home, is deep-rooted and unyielding. We welcome all who want to join us on this journey, our doors are always open. Guided by fate, we patiently await the arrival of new souls that will enrich our House even further.
